Multiple Dragon Boat Festivals Raise Funds for Health, Shelter Programs

Several charity-focused boat racing events are taking place this summer, raising funds for various causes and engaging communities. Nanaimo's Silly Boat Regatta encourages teams to build silly boats from recycled materials in a fun competition benefiting the Nanaimo Child Development Centre's family programs.
