Driver Sought in Road Rage Shooting on I-405

Washington State Police are investigating a road rage shooting involving a black Chevrolet Corvette that occurred on January 9 at around 7:30 a.m. on northbound I-405 near SR 520. The victim reported that after attempting to pass the Corvette, the driver accelerated to block the lane and subsequently brake-checked the victim's vehicle. Following this, an occupant of the Corvette fired a shot that hit the victim's car hood while continuing to follow and point a gun at the victim. Fortunately, the victim was not injured and contacted law enforcement after the incident. Authorities are urging anyone with information about the suspect vehicle to reach out to Detective Robert Goodin. The investigation remains ongoing as police seek to identify the individuals involved.
