Rentals require a minimum seven-night stay, costing approximately $15,000 to $17,000 per night depending on the season, translating to over $120,000 per week. Cooper is exploring various long-term uses for the property but currently is generating revenue through short-term rentals while seeking potential zoning relief for other plans.
