Manitowoc Lutheran High School Plans Fall Festival with Pie, Music, Crafts Oct. 26

As autumn arrives, a variety of creative fall desserts beyond pumpkin are gaining popularity, including German chocolate cupcakes, apple roses with puff pastry, no-bake peanut butter pie with Oreo crust, chocolate caramel cupcakes, and pear galettes featuring seasonal flavors like apples, cinnamon, and caramel. In October, Britain experiences a peak harvest season with fresh, local produce such as apples, pears, quince, root vegetables, leafy greens, and wild mushrooms, encouraging seasonal eating that supports local farmers while providing nutritious, flavorful meals. Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lutheran High School is hosting a Fall Festival and concert fundraiser featuring food, crafts, and student musical performances to support its Fine Arts Program, which engages more than 75% of its student body.
