Heritage Festivals Celebrate History in October

Several local heritage events are set to engage communities with history this October. The Kingdom of Riverssance Gathering in Sioux City features period-themed entertainment, music, and activities for families, celebrating over 20 years of renaissance culture. Meanwhile, the Festival at Fort Willow showcases life from the early 1800s with re-enactors and demonstrations, inviting attendees to immerse themselves in history. Additionally, the ninth annual Heritage Farm Fest at Carter Historic Farm will include traditional farm activities, live music, and educational programs, all free to the public. In New Delhi, the Municipal Corporation has begun the second phase of the Charti Lal Goel Heritage Park project near the Red Fort, aiming to enhance the site's historical significance with architectural improvements and green spaces.
