Man's Death on M4 After Online Sting Confrontation

Adrian Smith, a 48-year-old man from Chipping Sodbury, was found dead on the M4 motorway after being confronted by self-proclaimed 'child protection service' groups in a livestream accusing him of paedophilia. Following his arrest by Avon and Somerset Police and subsequent release on bail, Smith fell from a height onto the carriageway and was struck by several vehicles, resulting in multiple fatal injuries. Identified by fingerprints, his cause of death was confirmed by a coroner's officer, and a full post-mortem report is being prepared.
