Canton Woman Arrested for Murder in Akron

A 28-year-old man, Quinte Hamilton-Little, has been arrested in connection with the death of a 5-month-old infant named Azeil Apollo Rivera, who succumbed to injuries caused by blunt force trauma. Hamilton-Little was charged with felonious assault and child endangerment after the child was hospitalized following a 911 call. The infant died shortly after police arrested Hamilton-Little, who is currently held at the Summit County Jail. In a separate case, 18-year-old Money Baccus was arrested in Akron, accused of murdering Shawn Hawkins, a 30-year-old man. Baccus allegedly shot Hawkins during a domestic dispute at their shared residence. Both cases are under ongoing investigation, with potential for additional charges in the Hamilton-Little case.
