BJP Backs Gopal Kanda in Haryana Elections

In a significant shift for the Haryana assembly elections, BJP candidate Rohtash Jangra has withdrawn his nomination and pledged support for Gopal Kanda of the Haryana Lokhit Party (HLP). Senior BJP leader Ashok Tanwar emphasized that the decision was aimed at consolidating votes against the Congress party. The elections for the 90 assembly seats in Haryana are set for October 5, with counting on October 8, as both the BJP and Congress prepare for a competitive race.
