Tim Boyce Charged with New Assault Allegations

Tim Boyce, the former Delaware County Emergency Services Director, faces multiple charges of indecent assault and harassment involving two women. The new allegations include showing explicit photos, lifting a woman's dress, and making sexual comments, with incidents dating back to 2018. Boyce had previously been charged in May for similar misconduct, including an accusation of forcibly kissing an employee. Following these allegations, he was fired in May after being placed on administrative leave. His attorney has denied all allegations and claims they are uncorroborated and suspiciously timed. Boyce is scheduled for preliminary hearings in both cases, with the first on August 28 and the second on September 11.
