BTS Members Discharged Ahead of 12th Anniversary

BTS members RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook were officially discharged from South Korea’s mandatory military service this week, just ahead of the group’s 12th anniversary. Jimin and Jungkook celebrated their return with a live broadcast and public ceremony, expressing gratitude to fans and reflecting on their experiences. RM shared his struggles with insomnia and the stress caused by corporate issues at HYBE, while V achieved music and entertainment milestones during his service. The discharges coincide with BTS's annual Festa in Seoul, featuring major anniversary events and the promise of new group activities. Jungkook is set to resume his music career, building on his solo successes. Suga remains the last member in service, with his discharge expected later in June, after which all members are anticipated to pursue both solo and group projects.
