Search Underway for Missing Man in Salmon Arm

The Salmon Arm RCMP are urgently seeking public assistance to locate 51-year-old John Robinson, who has been missing since September 6 and was reported missing on September 26. Family and friends express concern for his health and well-being, noting that his prolonged absence is uncharacteristic. Robinson is described as a bald, Indigenous male, 5-foot-9, weighing 130 pounds, last seen wearing blue jeans and a baseball hat. The police have issued a plea for anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers anonymously. Meanwhile, the Blood Tribe Police Service is also asking for help in finding 15-year-old Mia Mountain Horse, who was last seen on September 26 in Standoff, Alberta. Mia is described as standing 5’5 and weighing around 130 pounds; police do not suspect foul play in her disappearance.
