Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill to Star in Warner Bros Comedy 'Cut Off' in 2026

Kristen Wiig and Jonah Hill are set to star in the upcoming Warner Bros comedy "Cut Off," scheduled for a global theatrical release on July 17, 2026. The film, which Hill co-wrote with Ezra Woods and will also direct, follows two wealthy siblings who are cut off from their parents and forced to support themselves. Production is set to begin this fall, backed by a $10 million California tax credit on an estimated $49 million budget. The project is produced by Matt Dines and Ali Goodwin alongside Hill, with Warner Bros executives Jesse Ehrman and Zach Hamby overseeing. "Cut Off" will face stiff box office competition, releasing the same weekend as Christopher Nolan's "The Odyssey."
