ETSU Upsets No. 1 Tennessee 7-6 in Extras, Ends Unbeaten Streak

However, ETSU tied the game in the ninth with a two-run homer from Jamie Palmese. The Bucs then clinched the victory in the tenth inning with a solo shot by Grant Gallagher. This defeat marks the first loss for Tennessee since last June during the College World Series. The Vols will look to regroup as they head into a three-game series against No. 12 Alabama starting Thursday.
