NBC Premieres The Hunting Party on January 19

NBC has advanced the premiere of its new crime drama series, The Hunting Party, to Sunday, January 19, at 7 p.m. ET, following the NFL divisional playoff game. The show, described as a high-concept procedural, features a team of investigators led by Melissa Roxburgh's character, Bex Henderson, as they pursue dangerous killers who have escaped from a secret prison. Initially scheduled for February 3, the series will still air an encore episode on that date at 10 p.m. ET. Co-showrunners JJ Bailey and Jake Coburn lead the production, with Thor Freudenthal directing. The series aims to capture audiences with its thrilling premise and will also be available for streaming on Peacock the day after its premiere.
