Kane Could Leave Bayern; Spurs Want Him Back

Reports in Germany (Bild) say Harry Kane could leave Bayern Munich next summer under a reported 'secret' release clause allowing a move for about £56.7m/€60m if he notifies Bayern before the end of the January window; he is under contract until June 2027. Tottenham manager Thomas Frank said Kane would be welcome back at Spurs but added he personally thinks the England captain will likely stay at Bayern for now; Spurs are also reported to retain a first‑option/buy‑back pathway and other Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, have been linked. Kane has scored about 98 goals in 103 games for Bayern and has started the 2025/26 season strongly (13 in seven matches), has already won silverware there, and is not publicly agitating for a move.
