Oklahoma Mother, Boyfriend Arrested Over Abused Toddler Sold to Meth Dealer

Two-year-old London Kerr from Oklahoma was allegedly sold to a methamphetamine dealer by her mother, Ashley Ceejay Rowland, in 2022 after suffering severe abuse.
