The 8,385-square-foot home, built around 1989, features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, ocean and city views, and luxurious amenities including a pool, tiered gardens, and a hand-laid brick motor court. Pitt acquired the property after Keuning initially listed it for nearly $14 million, having bought it from Grindr founder Joel Simkhai for $9.6 million in 2021.
