Russian Ship Ruby Denied Entry by Multiple Countries

Despite the potential danger, the UK Coastguard is monitoring the Ruby as it travels with an escort tugboat. The vessel has been rejected by Lithuania, Malta, Denmark, and Norway due to the hazardous nature of its cargo and its poor condition. Authorities are questioning why the ship has not been ordered to return to Russia, considering its environmental and safety risks. The Ruby aims to enter the Strait of Dover, but its final destination is Malta.
