BoAt Parent Imagine Marketing Returns to Profit with Rs 60 Crore in FY25
Imagine Marketing, parent company of wearables brand boAt, has returned to profitability in FY25 with a consolidated net profit of over Rs 60 crore, reversing losses from the prior two years. Despite a slight dip in consolidated revenue to around Rs 3,098 crore, boAt achieved an EBITDA of approximately Rs 142 crore, driven by cost discipline, product innovation, and expansion into new categories. The company strengthened its leadership in the personal audio segment, with its premium Nirvana line seeing strong growth, and launched over 100 new products including industry-first offerings like TWS with head-tracking technology. boAt's manufacturing localization efforts advanced, with 70% of production volumes now made in India, enhancing supply chain resilience amid global disruptions. The company improved its financial agility by reducing working capital days from 71 to 36 and expanded its market presence internationally, particularly in GCC countries. These strategic moves have prepared boAt for its upcoming IPO, with leadership expressing confidence in sustainable long-term growth.
