Apple Unveils Thinnest iPhone, Live-Translation AirPods Globally

Apple unveiled its latest suite of products including the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and a groundbreaking iPhone Air, its thinnest and most powerful model yet, featuring a 5.6mm titanium frame and advanced A19 Pro chip for MacBook Pro-level computing power. The iPhone Air, positioned between the base and Pro models, boasts a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion and Always-On capability, and is designed to be durable yet lightweight with Ceramic Shield protection. Alongside the new iPhones, Apple introduced the AirPods Pro 3, which feature enhanced sound quality, active noise cancellation, and a breakthrough Live Translation feature powered by the H2 chip and Apple Intelligence, enabling real-time two-way language translation for seamless communication. This Live Translation function is also coming to AirPods 4 and AirPods Pro 2 with an upcoming iOS 26 update, making it accessible to users with iPhone 15 Pro or newer models. Additionally, the Apple Watch SE 3 was updated with new health tracking features including sleep, heart rate, respiratory rate, and high blood pressure alerts.
