November Streaming: Holiday, Prestige, Regional Releases
Streaming platforms are delivering a packed November lineup that mixes holiday fare, prestige premieres, theatrical-to-streaming debuts and strong regional content. Hulu on Nov. 1 added more than a dozen Christmas and holiday films — including Miracle on 34th Street (1947 and 1994), Love Actually, Deck the Halls and the new rom-com Joy to the World (2025) — to kick off the season. Netflix and other services rolled out expanded catalogs and tentpole series, including Stranger Things season 5 on Netflix. Peacock's highlights include Bel‑Air returning for a fourth and final season on Nov. 24 and the drama A Thousand and One on Nov. 19, while theatrical-to-streaming transfers such as Jurassic World Rebirth and Ballad of a Small Player also arrive across platforms. Prestige and regional arrivals include Apple TV+'s Pluribus, Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein, SonyLIV/Hotstar’s Maharani season 4 and India-focused titles Kantara Chapter 1 and Bad Girl, and networks and streamers are staging seasonal specials and live events such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.
