Waterfield Advisors, a wealth advisory firm based in India, has successfully raised $18 million in a funding round led by Jungle Ventures. The investment will primarily enhance the firm's technological capabilities and expand its presence in key financial hubs across India, targeting affluent clients and expanding into tier-2 and tier-3 cities. With this funding, Waterfield aims to broaden its services beyond business families to include founders, professionals, and women. The firm has seen rapid growth since its establishment in 2011, now managing over $5 billion in assets for approximately 375 client groups. Jungle Ventures will become the largest external stakeholder, holding a 13.83% stake in the company. The funding is expected to accelerate growth and marketing efforts while improving client engagement across various segments of the affluent demographic.
