New Semifinalists for 2024 Campbell Trophy Named

USC Trojans wide receiver Zachariah Branch and Pittsburgh linebacker Brandon George have been named to the 2024 Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year Watch List, recognizing their leadership and community service. Branch, who co-founded the 'Branch Out Foundation,' also volunteers with multiple Los Angeles charities. George, inspired by a late friend, raises funds for adolescent cancer patients and has extensive community service involvement. Additionally, South Carolina's Tonka Hemingway, Washington State's Dean Janikowski, and Oklahoma's Zach Schmit have been named semifinalists for the 2024 William V. Campbell Trophy, which honors academic and athletic excellence. Hemingway, Janikowski, and Schmit have distinguished themselves both in the classroom and on the field, with Schmit maintaining a 3.93 GPA and earning numerous academic accolades.
