A murder-suicide in Vineland, NJ, resulted in the deaths of 21-year-old Mary Rodriguez and 22-year-old Juan Correa Santiago. Authorities found the two at a home on Roosevelt Boulevard with gunshot wounds following a report of shots fired. Both were airlifted to Cooper University Hospital and pronounced dead. Initial investigations suggest Santiago shot Rodriguez, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, before killing himself. Rodriguez had previously expressed fears of Santiago's potential for violence. The incident remains under investigation by Vineland police and the Cumberland County Major Crimes Unit.
