LeBron James Builds Two Mega Mansions on $37M Beverly Hills Estate

LeBron James is constructing a luxurious Beverly Hills compound consisting of two massive homes on a 2.72-acre estate he purchased for $37 million in 2020. He demolished the original 1930s mansion to build a larger two-story main house of nearly 16,000 square feet with a 7,700-square-foot basement garage and a separate two-car garage, featuring amenities such as a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, solar panels, and spectacular hilltop views. The second home is smaller but still expansive at 6,550 square feet, with a basement movie theater, entertainment area, terrace with plunge pools, and a two-car garage. Both residences will share a communal motor court with water features, a 209-square-foot guard house, 10-foot-high perimeter fencing, and advanced security systems. The project, led by luxury real estate firm Crest and Walker Workshop, began construction in 2023 and appears designed as a family compound, possibly including a home for James' eldest son, Bronny. This development highlights James' off-court investments amid his ongoing NBA career milestone of entering his 23rd season.
