Azmi, who recently celebrated 50 years in the film industry, expressed her gratitude to directors and the behind-the-scenes teams that contribute to filmmaking. During the award ceremony, Rehman humorously reflected on her initial surprise at Azmi's role in 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani', ultimately praising her performance. Azmi emphasized the collaborative nature of filmmaking and stated, 'My best is yet to come,' indicating her desire to continue acting. The festival also featured the screening of 'All We Imagine As Light', which won the Grand Prix at Cannes 2024. Azmi's recognition at the festival echoes her previous honor from MAMI in 1999 after 25 years in the industry.
