Kim Zolciak, Kroy Biermann in Domestic Dispute

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were involved in a domestic violence incident just before Thanksgiving, prompting police to respond to their Georgia home. Zolciak alleged that during an argument while taking down curtains, Biermann became aggressive, physically removing her from a ladder and throwing her to the ground. Although she claimed to have sustained injuries, she did not provide evidence of any harm to law enforcement. Contradicting Zolciak's account, one of their daughters stated that she had witnessed her mother fall during the altercation and emphasized that Kroy encouraged honesty during questioning. Biermann claimed that Zolciak attacked him from behind and struck him in the face. Officers could not determine the primary aggressor and advised the couple to avoid each other, leading them to move into separate rental homes after their marital property faced foreclosure.
