WWE Moves Crown Jewel Championship Matches to Perth, Australia in 2025

WWE will hold its 2025 Crown Jewel pay-per-view event on October 11 at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia, marking the first time the event is hosted outside Saudi Arabia. Despite the location change, WWE plans to maintain the annual Crown Jewel Championship matches, featuring men’s and women’s title bouts pitting brand world champions against each other, a tradition started in 2024. The move to Australia follows Saudi Arabia's hosting of the 2026 Royal Rumble in January, meaning Saudi Arabia will not hold another major WWE event later in 2025. WWE expects the Crown Jewel Championship matches to return to Saudi Arabia in 2026, while Survivor Series 2025, scheduled for November 29 in San Diego, will feature men’s and women’s WarGames matches. The inaugural Crown Jewel Champions, Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan, who won titles in 2024 by defeating world champions, may or may not still hold their titles going into the Perth event, keeping fans guessing. WWE will air Crown Jewel Perth live on Peacock in the U.S. and Netflix internationally.
