Man, 8-Year-Old Boy Die After Rescue Near Half Moon Bay

A tragic incident occurred at Cowell Ranch Beach in San Mateo County, where a 39-year-old man and an 8-year-old boy died after being rescued from the ocean on Sunday afternoon.
