SWISS Senses Cabins Launch, Zurich-Boston Winter 2025
Swiss International Air Lines has unveiled its 'SWISS Senses' cabin concept, the airline’s largest product investment, debuting on the Airbus A350-900 fleet starting in fall 2025. The new cabins include fully enclosed first-class suites with sliding doors, personal wardrobes, seat heating and cooling, and a double bed option, along with upgraded business, premium economy, and economy class amenities. Human-centric lighting and advanced in-flight entertainment systems will be provided throughout to enhance comfort and reduce jet lag. The first A350-900 will serve European routes before launching the first long-haul service between Zurich and Boston in winter 2025. SWISS aims to compete with luxury carriers by offering personalized, high-tech, and elegant in-flight experiences. The SWISS Senses concept will also be retrofitted to the rest of the long-haul fleet as part of the Lufthansa Group's premium cabin innovation strategy.
