Thalia Graves Sues Sean Combs Over 2001 Assault

Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces new legal challenges as Thalia Graves has filed a lawsuit alleging that he and his bodyguard raped her in 2001 at a New York recording studio after drugging her. The lawsuit claims that Graves, then 25, was lured to the studio, where she was assaulted and later learned that the incident was recorded on video. Graves recounted suffering from severe emotional trauma since the assault, stating it has affected her ability to trust and form relationships. This lawsuit is one of several against Combs, who is currently jailed on federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty. Graves’ attorney, Gloria Allred, held a press conference where Graves expressed her ongoing pain and struggle since the incident.
