Multiple arrests follow serious drink driving incidents across England

A serious collision on the M11 near Harlow involved three vehicles, resulting in a 60-year-old woman being hospitalized in life-threatening condition. A 51-year-old man from Coventry was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and is currently in custody for questioning. The road was temporarily closed while emergency services responded, but has since reopened. Meanwhile, in a separate incident on Great Western Way in Swindon, a 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a two-vehicle crash that caused traffic delays but no reported injuries. Additionally, a man in his 20s was arrested in Devon after a crash involving a car and a lorry, also on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink and possession of a Class B drug. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in this incident.
