Three Teens Charged in Murder of Glasgow Schoolboy Amen Teklay

A third teenager has been charged in connection with the murder of 15-year-old Amen Teklay, who was found seriously injured on Clarendon Street in Glasgow on March 5, 2025, and died shortly thereafter. The 16-year-old boy, alongside two others aged 14 and 15, is alleged to have assaulted Amen during the incident, with charges including murder and possession of offensive weapons. The 16-year-old is set to appear in court soon, while the 14-year-old was previously remanded in custody and the 15-year-old was granted bail. Both younger boys are also facing charges related to an earlier assault on Amen. The investigation is ongoing, with reports being submitted to the procurator fiscal for further action.
