Murder-Suicide Kills Two at New Hampshire Restaurant

Authorities in Berlin, New Hampshire, are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that occurred at La Casita Mexican restaurant, where 25-year-old employee Sandra Marisol Fuentes Huaracha was found dead from gunshot wounds behind the bar. Later, 50-year-old Michael Gleason Jr. was discovered in a bathroom with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The two had previously been in a domestic relationship that had recently ended. Police confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public and autopsies are pending. Berlin Mayor Robert Cone expressed deep sadness over Fuentes Huaracha's death, highlighting her positive impact on the community and raising awareness about domestic violence. Vigils have been held in the area to honor Fuentes Huaracha's memory.
