Stephen A. Smith Signs Multiyear SiriusXM Deal for Two Shows

Stephen A. Smith has signed a multi-year deal with SiriusXM to host and executive produce two new shows starting in September. One show will be a daily sports talk program airing on Mad Dog Sports Radio, hosted by Chris Russo, with whom Smith has a close professional relationship. The other will be a weekly show focusing on current events, pop culture, and social commentary, airing on a non-sports SiriusXM channel yet to be announced. This new agreement complements Smith's recent long-term contract renewal with ESPN, where he continues to lead "First Take" while gaining freedom to explore topics beyond sports.
