Record 197 Nominated for 2025 AFCA Good Works Team

A record 197 college football players and coaches have been nominated for the 2025 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, which honors outstanding commitment to community service, leadership, and academic accomplishment. Notable nominees include UCF’s Paul Rubelt, Florida’s DJ Lagway, Notre Dame’s Aamil Wagner, and Kentucky’s Josh Kattus, each recognized for their volunteerism, fundraising, and leadership in community initiatives. The nominees represent all divisions of college football, underscoring the sport's widespread dedication to positive impact beyond athletics. The award is presented by Allstate and the American Football Coaches Association. In September, a panel will select 22 players and one honorary head coach as final recipients.
