This move follows his recent stint as co-host of LeBron James' 'Mind the Game' podcast, where he replaced JJ Redick after Redick became head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers. Nash will reunite with former Dallas Mavericks teammate Dirk Nowitzki and join a broadcast team that also includes Blake Griffin and Taylor Rooks. Despite speculation, sources indicate Nash is not using this broadcasting role as a pathway back to NBA coaching, nor is he pursuing any current coaching vacancies. The Amazon deal coincides with the company's new 11-year, $20 billion NBA media rights agreement, which will see Prime Video air both regular season and playoff games.
