QNB Signs Multiple MoUs at Web Summit Qatar 2025 to Boost Fintech Ecosystem

At the conclusion of Web Summit Qatar 2025, QNB Group solidified its commitment to financial technology innovation by signing three strategic memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), Qatar Development Bank (QDB), and Rasmal Ventures. These agreements aim to enhance the fintech ecosystem in Qatar by facilitating access to banking infrastructure for fintech firms, promoting investment opportunities, and fostering partnerships to drive economic growth. Specifically, QNB will act as an incubator for emerging digital assets and alternative financing models, while also supporting local startups through funding initiatives in collaboration with QDB. Additionally, the partnership with Rasmal Ventures focuses on creating pathways for venture capital investment in high-potential startups. QNB's Group CEO emphasized that these collaborations reinforce Qatar's role as a global financial hub and unlock new opportunities for entrepreneurs. As part of this push, QDB also announced the launch of an accelerator program to support fintech innovation and collaboration with QNB.
