Officer-Involved Shooting in Colorado Springs

In Texas, 32-year-old Jeremy Culp was killed in an officer-involved shooting after allegedly firing multiple shots at homes in Bridge City and subsequently leading police on a high-speed chase. The incident escalated when Culp crashed his truck near a middle school, exited with a semi-automatic rifle, and was shot by law enforcement after he pointed the weapon at them. Meanwhile, in Colorado Springs, 41-year-old Matthew Kemper was shot by police after he aggressively approached officers with a knife during a suicide-related call.
