Indiana Basketball Plans August Puerto Rico Exhibition Tour

Indiana University's men's basketball team will embark on a foreign tour to Puerto Rico from August 5-12, playing three exhibition games as part of their preparation for the 2025-26 season. The Hoosiers will face a Puerto Rican All-Star team on August 6, followed by two games against Mega Superbet, a Serbian professional club known for developing NBA talent, with all games held at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan. Head coach Darian DeVries expressed enthusiasm about the trip, highlighting its role in team bonding and system installation ahead of his first season leading the program. The tour is organized by Complete Sports Management (CSM), which collaborates with Discover Puerto Rico to showcase the island's facilities and culture, aiming to create a memorable experience for players and fans alike. NCAA regulations permit this foreign trip every four years, allowing the team additional practice opportunities to prepare.
