Arizona Couple Loses Disney Club 33 Lawsuit

Scott and Diana Anderson, Disney enthusiasts from Arizona, lost their lawsuit against Disney after being banned from the exclusive Club 33 in 2017 over allegations of public drunkenness. The couple, who spent $400,000 in legal fees, claimed Scott was suffering from a vestibular migraine rather than being intoxicated. Despite their efforts, an Orange County judge ruled in favor of Disney, affirming the company's right to revoke memberships. The Andersons had been on a waitlist for a decade and spent nearly $125,000 annually visiting Disney parks. Scott stated that the legal battle has set his retirement back five years, while Diana expressed a willingness to sell a kidney to fund an appeal.
