Indian startups are positioned to lead the next wave of AI innovation in domain-intensive sectors like healthcare and insurance, according to Accel's Shekhar Kirani. In India, IIT Madras has partnered with Lloyds Technology Centre to further AI and machine learning research, particularly in finance, pensions, and insurance. In the US, Lewis University has launched a master's program in AI, emphasizing practical skills and ethical considerations.
