Eyewitnesses say stars Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline intervened to separate them and help de‑escalate the situation. Several sources described tensions on set as high and said similar outbursts were not unheard of, prompting fan backlash and calls for action. Production reportedly continued after the incident, filming resumed in June, and Pate remains directing; the final season is expected to premiere on Netflix in 2026.
