Property records show that an LLC linked to Furness paid $11.7 million to the LLC the couple used to purchase the penthouse in 2022, effectively buying out Jackman's half of the property. This transaction occurred just two days before Furness officially filed for divorce after 27 years of marriage. The penthouse, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, spans nearly 5,000 square feet across two floors and includes significant outdoor space with views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. The deal was conducted quietly and registered as a sale between relatives or former relatives, with Phoenix Rising I LLC, tied to Furness, listed as the buyer. The divorce process appears to be uncontested, and the couple also own other properties, including homes in the U.S., U.K., and Australia.
