Two Separate Pedestrian Accidents in Massachusetts

In Massachusetts, two separate incidents involving pedestrians being struck by vehicles have occurred. On Tuesday morning in Brockton, a 37-year-old woman was hit at the corner of North Main Street and Battles Street, suffering serious injuries. The driver remained on scene, and the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office is investigating. On Monday morning in Framingham, an 81-year-old woman known locally as 'the can lady' was fatally struck while walking on Edgell Road. She was taken to MetroWest Medical Center where she was pronounced dead. The driver involved stayed at the scene, and investigations are being conducted by Framingham police and the Middlesex District Attorney's Office.
