Parker McCollum Reveals Tracklist for June 27 Album Release
Parker McCollum has unveiled the full track listing for his highly anticipated self-titled fifth studio album, set for release on June 27. The 14-track album is described by McCollum as his best and most authentic work, showcasing a raw and honest Texas country sound, produced by Frank Liddell and Eric Masse and recorded at New York City's Power Station. Notable tracks include lead single “What Kinda Man,” fan favorite “Permanent Headphones,” and a collaboration with Texas legend Cody Johnson on a cover of Danny O’Keefe’s “Good Time Charlie’s Got the Blues.” The album features songwriting collaborations with respected writers such as Jon Randall, Lori McKenna, and Randy Rogers, emphasizing storytelling and emotional intensity. Fans were disappointed that the much-anticipated track “Big Ol’ Fancy House” did not make the final cut, but the album promises a cohesive and powerful listening experience from start to finish. McCollum will support the album with headlining tour dates and select performances alongside George Strait and Chris Stapleton.
