Cavaliers Beat Bucks 118-113, Extend Streak
The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Milwaukee Bucks 118-113 at Rocket Mortgage Arena in their home opener. Donovan Mitchell scored 24 points, including 10 in the fourth, providing the late scoring that sealed the win. Evan Mobley finished with 23 points, eight rebounds, six assists and made all 12 of his free throws, adding three steals and two blocks. Five Cavaliers finished in double figures, including offseason addition Lonzo Ball, with Sam Merrill (17) and Jarrett Allen also contributing. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 40 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists, but Cleveland held off a late Milwaukee comeback; the Cavs will meet the Bucks again on Nov. 17 and the win was Cleveland's sixth straight over Milwaukee.
