Campbell's Co. announces leadership changes to drive growth
Campbell’s Company has announced key leadership changes intended to accelerate growth and advance its strategic plan. Elizabeth Duggan, previously Senior Vice President and General Manager for Campbell’s Canada, has been named President of the Snacks division, succeeding Chris Foley, who will depart after 25 years of service. Duggan will be responsible for driving long-term growth and margin expansion in the Snacks business. Janda Lukin, formerly Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Snacks, has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer, where she will lead enterprise-wide strategies focused on innovation, revenue growth, and enhanced commercial capabilities. Both Duggan and Lukin, recognized for their significant contributions and leadership within Campbell’s, will report directly to President and CEO Mick Beekhuizen and join the company’s Operating Committee. These moves are part of Campbell’s effort to strengthen its competitive position and performance in the food industry.
