Anna Jay Competes in NJPW Title Contender Match

NJPW has announced that AEW star Anna Jay will participate in a four-way match for the number one contender spot for the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship at the Fighting Spirit Unleashed event on November 8 in Lowell, Massachusetts. This marks Jay's debut in an NJPW ring following her recent tour in Japan, where she competed in STARDOM’s 5STAR Grand Prix. Currently, she is the only participant confirmed for the match, which will determine who challenges for the title held by Mercedes Moné, the AEW TBS Champion. The Fighting Spirit Unleashed event will also feature prominent wrestlers such as Zack Sabre Jr., David Finlay, KENTA, and Tomohiro Ishii.
