Namibia has blocked the MV Kathrin, a vessel suspected of carrying military cargo destined for Israel, from docking at Walvis Bay, citing adherence to international law and its support for the Palestinian cause. Justice Minister Yvonne Dausab confirmed that the ship was carrying explosive materials, including RDX hexogen explosives, and emphasized Namibia's commitment to avoiding complicity in alleged Israeli war crimes. The port, which handles significant cargo traffic, was set to receive the vessel but was instructed to revoke its docking permission due to the nature of its cargo.
